Due to the official statement of the Belgian Authorities to maintain the alert in Brussels at the level 4 (highest, risk of imminent attack in public areas, transports etc. and Level 3 in the rest of the country; metro and schools will remain closed, it is strongly recommended to avoid any large meetings which are not critical), PRE & Crain Communications Ltd have decided to postpone PLASTICS RECYCLING SHOW EUROPE, the PRS CONFERENCE and the EXHIBITOR’S COCKTAIL which were supposed to take place on the 25 & 26 of November in Brussels.
Plastics Recycling Show (PRS) will feature a pan European exhibition and multiple conference streams designed specifically for the plastics recycling industry. The event will bring together key players from the plastics and recycling sectors in order to learn, network and capitalise on the business opportunities plastic recycling offers.
2012 has been a very important transition year for Recovinyl programme. The shift of our approach called ‘Pull-Market Concept’ is based on switching the focus of the whole concept from motivating our partners to recycle the waste towards stimulation of regular use of recycled material in their production process.
As every year we are publishing the Recovinyl results to our trusted business partners.
2012 was a very challenging year for our project. The programme faced many difficulties and obstacles like economical and financial crisis, decreased activity in the construction sector which resulted in lower demand for PVC material (pipes, window profiles, cables etc.).
